These terms are the plain-English rules for using NameCup during the invite-only preview.
Use NameCup respectfully
NameCup is for personal recall and follow-up. Do not use it to harass, profile, discriminate against, impersonate, or harm people.
Your content
You are responsible for the names, notes, tags, and other content you add. Only save information you have a reasonable basis to keep and use.
Account access
Keep access to your email account secure. If you think someone else has accessed your NameCup account, contact us.
Preview service
NameCup is currently an invite-only preview. Features may change, break, or be removed while the product is being developed.
Availability
We aim to keep NameCup useful and reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service or that it will meet every need.
